She is the woman with the highest handicap (5 goals) in the world, member of the Female British Polo Association and the coach of the English team; actually she is dedicated especially to the Junior teams.

Claire is a polo lover. She started playing polo in the late 1960´s, when she was at Oxford University, with her husband Simon, in the family team “Los Locos”.

She has a daughter, Emma, who is a vet and she plays polo too, and two sons, Luke and Mark, who have done their debut in 2005 in the Argentine Open, playing for the Centauros-Beauford team.

Actually she is the owner of the English Club Beauford (founded in 1872), which was revived by them in 1989.
